Shipping policy
Order Processing
· Most orders are processed within two business days of receipt.
· Custom orders and pre-orders, excluded.
· Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
· Shipping is available to all US states and territories.
· No International shipping is offered.
· We are not responsible for any delays caused by shipping carriers
Shipping Methods, Cost and Delivery Estimates
· Standard and Expedited shipping is offered, via USPS and UPS.
· Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at check-out based on customer’s chosen shipping method and delivery address.
· Free shipping on orders over $75.00.
· Standard or expediated shipping varies per carrier. See estimated shipping times during check-out.
Shipment Confirmation and Tracking
- A shipment confirmation email, with a tracking number, will be provided once the order has been shipped.
- Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update after shipment.
Damaged or Lost Items
- Agape Gifts Seasonal Décor is not liable for packages lost or stolen AFTER delivery confirmation.
- Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right at Agape Gifts
