Refund policy
14-day return policy
We offer a 14-day return policy. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days of the delivery date for a full refund. Items must be returned in their unaltered condition, with all tags attached and in original and unopened packaging.
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping (unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.) We recommend using a track-able shipping service and insuring the package, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.

Re-stocking fee
A 20% restocking fee will be applied to all returned items that meet one or more of the following criteria:
· Items returned past the return-window policy of 14-days.
· Items sent back to us without first requesting a return.
· Items that are must be in their original condition, with all tags attached and in original and unopened packaging.
This fee covers the costs associated with processing the return, inspecting the item, and restocking it.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
We do not accept returns on custom products, such as special orders or personalized items.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
