ORDERS & SHIPPING

How long does shipping take?
Most orders ship within 2–3 business days. Standard shipping typically arrives within 5–7 business days after shipment. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order is on its way.

Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship within the United States only.

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your order and location. Orders over $75 ship free.

I haven't received my tracking number — what should I do?
Tracking numbers are sent by email once your order ships. If it's been more than 5 business days since you ordered and you haven't heard from us, please check your spam folder, then reach out via our Contact page with your order number.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

What's your return policy?
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Customer is responsible for return shipping.  To start a return, contact us through our Contact page with your order number.

What if my item arrives damaged?
We pack carefully, but accidents happen in transit. If your order arrives damaged, please reach out via our Contact page within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the damage and your order number, and we'll make it right.

PRODUCTS

Are your products handpicked?
Yes. Every piece in our catalog is personally crafted and/or private Brand selected by our founder. We don't carry mass-market inventory — if it's on the site, it's because we believe it'll bring a little joy to your home.

Will an out-of-stock item come back?
We restock when we can, but most pieces are one-time finds.  The best way to know is to sign up for our email list — we'll let you know when restocks happen and when new seasonal collections launch.

Do you offer gift wrapping?
No.
